Anti-Monopoly Amendment to Ohio Constitution will be on the Ballot

House Joint Resolution 4,  which would restrict amendments  to the Ohio Constitution that create economic benefits in favor of certain individuals will be on the ballot this November.  The resolution was passed by the necessary margin in the Ohio House and Senate. Ohio AG Certifies Another Marijuana Legalization Amendment – This One is Minus the Monopoly
