An amended version of the Ohio Voters Bill of Rights initiative petition was resubmitted to the Ohio Attorney General on February 28, 2014, a previous version having been rejected by the Ohio AG on February 13. The AG found finding that the previous version did not present a fair and truthful representation of the proposed amendment. See AG’s letter dated Feb. 13, 2014.
